What to Do This Weekend | Women of Green

What to Do This Weekend

Tomorrow at noon MST (that’s 11am for you wonderful west-coasters and 2pm back east!) two green women will be featured in a 1 hour show on the radio station KUNM, based right here in New Mexico. The conversation will be with Nina Simons and Toby Herzlich on how women can most effectively transform themselves and the world. This is a great opportunity to hear from two inspiring leaders. And you can listen in on the web from anywhere!

To listen in on the 1 hour program, head to the Women’s Focus page at KUNM.com

Nina Simons, is the co-founder of Bioneers, a national nonprofit that identifies, gathers, and disseminates breakthrough solutions to environmental and social challenges. A speaker and teacher on the environment, restoring the sacred feminine, and the call to engaged action, she gives workshops on cultivating women’s leadership and co-produces the annual Bioneers Conference. She lives outside Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Toby Herzlich is a facilitator and Rockwood Leadership trainer, focusing on assisting groups and individuals dedicated to building community assets and catalyzing progressive social and environmental change. She is on the faculty of several national training programs and has supported women to be effective and heartfelt leaders in the Middle East, Bosnia, the US and Canada.
